Ingredients (For 8 glasses)
- 170g oat flakes
- 50 ml oat vegetable drink (or other alternative to taste)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 egg
- 1 c. vanilla essence dessert
For the filling:
- 1 natural yogurt
- 1 c. Powdered fruit dessert of choice
- fresh red berries to decorate
Preparation:
For the oatmeal cups:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Arrange the preparation in the forms. Spread the dough so that there is a void in the center, then add the yogurt.
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
For the filling:
- Mix the chosen powdered fruit with the yogurt.
- Pour the mixture into the oatmeal cups.
- You can decorate with fresh fruit.
