Yogurt with Fruit Powder

Ingredients (For 8 glasses)

  • 170g oat flakes
  • 50 ml oat vegetable drink (or other alternative to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. vanilla essence dessert

For the filling:

  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 1 c. Powdered fruit dessert of choice
  • fresh red berries to decorate

Preparation:

For the oatmeal cups:

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a homogeneous mass.
  • Arrange the preparation in the forms. Spread the dough so that there is a void in the center, then add the yogurt.
  • Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

For the filling:

  • Mix the chosen powdered fruit with the yogurt.
  • Pour the mixture into the oatmeal cups.
  • You can decorate with fresh fruit.
