Ingredients
Batter:

250g wheat flour

2 teaspoons of baking powder for cakes

60g sugar

4 tablespoons vegetable oil/coconut oil

3 medium eggs

110ml milk or plant-based drink

10g orange powder
Syrup:

60g sugar
-
35 ml water
-
Vanilla essence
Preparation
Batter:
- Put all the ingredients for the dough in a blender and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Add the powdered fruit at the end and mix well.
- Place the dough in the silicone molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 25 min.
Syrup:
- Bring the sugar, water and vanilla essence to medium heat and boil for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
- Pass the donuts through the sugar syrup while they are still warm and then sprinkle with the powdered fruit and they are ready to serve.
