Energy Truffles with Fruit Powder


  • 1 cup of oat flakes (180g)
  • 15 dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25g)
  • 2 teaspoons of blueberry powder (10g)
  • 100g of almonds
  • 50 ml water
  • Powdered fruit of your choice for topping


  • Place the almonds to grind in the food processor.

  • Then put the oatmeal and the powdered fruit in the crusher and grind it well.

  • Add the dates, honey and water and grind everything until you get a homogeneous mass.

  • Then transfer the dough to a bowl and shape into small balls.

  • Finally, wrap it in the powdered fruit and store it in the fridge.
