SHIPPING COSTS

Mainland Portugal & Islands (FEMA and CTT): shipping costs are presented to the User when consulting the shopping cart.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the system and depend on the following factors:

• Order value;
• Weight or volume of the order (the higher value);
• Delivery address;
• Carrier fees and taxes;

2. SHIPMENT
Orders are shipped within 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Except in cases of stock outages, which will be communicated to the customer via email.
Deliveries are made on working days, between 9 am and 6 pm.
