Exchanges and Returns

This website is operated by Huepo, a trademark of D'aguião – Produtos Alimentares, Lda, with NIF 515 229 725 and address at Rua de Santo António, No. 149 4750-665.

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal without requiring any compensation, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the good. The consumer must within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the resolution to return the goods to Huepo in the proper conditions of use.

Products must be returned intact, sealed, complete and in their original packaging, which must not be damaged, altered or scratched. As it was delivered and accompanied by all the documentation received, namely, the following documents: sales invoice and the document proving receipt of the product. Upon receipt of the return at Huepo , the amount corresponding to the amount paid for the products will be refunded to the Consumer (Except for shipping costs).
